Welcome to Guest Match Pro!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Guest Match Pro website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully, as they constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Guest Match Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Guest Match Pro is a branded product produced and maintained by Rawvoice, Inc. (the “Company”). Rawvoice, Inc. is a company that has been supplying creators with services since 2005. Thank you for choosing us as your assistant in the creator world. 

By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Our Service 

Guest Match Pro is an online platform that connects podcasters and other content creators (“Creators”) with individuals and businesses seeking to appear as guests (“Guests”). Our service is designed to facilitate introductions.

Key Acknowledgment: You acknowledge and agree that Guest Match Pro’s role is strictly that of a neutral, introductory platform. We do not employ, represent, or act as an agent for any Creator or Guest. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or relationship that may arise between Creators and Guests. We do not handle scheduling, payment between users, or the production of any content.

  1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. Fees and Payment
  • Creators: Creators may be required to pay a subscription fee to access the full features of the Platform and connect with Guests.
  • Guests: may be required to pay a listing fee to create and maintain a public profile on the Platform.

All fees are payable through our designated third-party payment processor. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (through our processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis for subscriptions or as a one-time charge for listings. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable prior notice.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect intellectual property rights, both yours and ours. 

  • Your Content on the Platform: When you post content to your Guest Match Pro profile, such as text, photos, or other materials (“User Content”), you retain full ownership of that content. However, to operate the Platform, you grant Guest Match Pro a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, and promoting the Platform. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account.
  • Ownership of User-Created Works: Guest Match Pro embodies the philosophy that you own what you create. We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership over any content produced by Creators and Guests as a result of a connection made on the Platform (e.g., a podcast episode, video, or article). The ownership, rights, and licensing of such content must be determined by a separate agreement between the Creator and the Guest. We strongly advise users to enter into their own written agreements to clarify these terms.
  • Our Platform: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform itself (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Guest Match Pro.
  1. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct and the User Content you post on the Platform. By using Guest Match Pro, you agree not to:

  • Post or transmit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including in your user profile, credentials, or expertise.
  • Engage in harassment, stalking, or any form of abusive behavior towards other users.
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users.
  • Use the Platform to promote or facilitate any illegal activity or service.
  • Post or transmit any content that constitutes “Prohibited Speech.” For the purpose of these Terms, “Prohibited Speech” is narrowly defined as any communication, in speech, writing, or behavior, which is created with the intent to incite violence against a person or a group.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the Platform’s source code or underlying data through automated means.

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or immediate termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

  1. User Reviews and Disputes

The Platform allows users to post reviews of their experiences with each other. You agree that any review you post will be truthful and based on your firsthand experience.

Guest Match Pro does not arbitrate factual disputes in reviews. If a user believes a review is false or defamatory, they may report it to us. Our sole responsibility, at our discretion, will be to assess whether the review violates our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 5). If we determine it does, we will remove the review. We will not act as a judge of its factual accuracy. By using the Platform, you agree to this process and release Guest Match Pro from any liability related to user-posted reviews.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT LIMITS THE LIABILITY OF GUEST MATCH PRO.

  • No Vetting or Verification: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT GUEST MATCH PRO DOES NOT VET, VERIFY, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE THE CREDENTIALS, EXPERTISE, CLAIMS, OR BACKGROUND OF ANY CREATOR OR GUEST. We are not responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of any User Content. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any user you choose to interact or work with.
  • “AS IS” Service: The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a1 particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • No2 Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that using the Platform will result in a successful match, a podcast appearance, or any specific business outcome.
  • Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GUEST MATCH PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR3 REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING4 ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS; OR (c) ANY AGREEMENT, COMMUNICATION, OR INTERACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANOTHER USER.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Guest Match Pro and the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Platform; (ii) your violation of5 any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.6

  1. Privacy and California Privacy Rights

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and share your personal information. You must read and agree to the Privacy Policy to use this Platform. For residents of California, the Privacy Policy includes specific disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

  1. General Provisions
    • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
    • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Grand Rapids, Michigan, except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief.
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Guest Match Pro.
    • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
